Youth Tennis
Ages 4 – 17
We believe that tennis is one of the greatest sports and can be played for a lifetime!
We offer spring, summer, fall and winter programs for all levels.
We offer year round youth tennis programs at the Lafayette-Point Park tennis courts behind Lafayette Elementary School (except for our winter youth program, which is held indoors at the Chevy Chase Community Center.)
Winter Youth Tennis
(Early December 2026 - late February, 2027)
This energetic indoor tennis program is for kids (ages 4-12) at the Chevy Chase Community Center. Using mini nets and foam balls, we focus on footwork, form and control. This is perfect for younger players who can learn tennis (or improve their skills), get some exercise and prepare to go outside in the spring!
Summer Tennis Camp
(June 22 - August 21, 2026)
Our Summer tennis program offers morning or all day (8:30 am-3 pm) for all levels and ages (4-17 year olds). We’ll teach your child tennis basics (or help improve their skills) while having fun and getting lots of exercise! To beat the heat, we take lots of water breaks and have misting spray bottles and hoses for cooling down in between tennis games and drills.

Fall Tennis
(August 31 -early December, 2026)
Our Fall season offers one-hour classes (3:30, 4:30, 5:30 pm) for boys and girls (ages 4-16) for beginners, advanced beginners and intermediate players. Our season will start the first week of September and end depending on the class time (the 3:30 class will send in early December and the 4:30 and 5:30 classes will end in late October due shorter days and daylight savings.)
